Many people come to see me dealing with issues around anxiety, body image concerns, food related struggles, trauma, struggling to feel “good enough”, desiring to be in better overall health, or a lack of connection to themselves, others or a bigger purpose. They are often very stressed and frustrated that they can’t make a change in their lives.
My clients are high functioning individuals who are managing many different roles. They are loving, intelligent, ambitious, and successful. They are working hard to build the life they want, but often stuck in a cycle of stress and feeling as if something just isn’t right. They are out of balance with themselves and often report feeling disconnected with the things that are most important to them while they try to “figure it all out without any progress.”
Most people who find my website have tried to overcome these issues with little to no results. I really get that you feel like you’ve done all that you can and you’re frustrated that your struggle hasn’t gotten better or perhaps it even feels worse.
I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. After a thorough evaluation of your needs and concerns, we will develop a plan to help you achieve your desires and aspirations. Wellness encompasses a number of components. I tailor my services specifically to your current situation in the most effective and supportive way possible. Some clients benefit from just one of my services, such as individual therapy or group work, while other need a multi-dimensional approach to transformation. This might include physical fitness training or working with me in my community offerings. I’m here to guide you to making the transformation in your life you’ve been longing for. It’s up to you to take the journey!

The greatest misconception of self-help is that we are meant to do it alone. It implies doing everything within your power to seek guidance and support so you can grow as an individual and experience greater amounts of freedom, joy and prosperity.
My role is to guide you toward feeling more whole and fulfilled so you can live a life without resentment and dissatisfaction. Your job is to take the journey as far as you want to go.
Therapy can literally transform a person’s life. I don’t say this lightly. I say this and believe this wholeheartedly, because I’ve lived it myself and I’ve worked with countless numbers of individuals who have as well. In my work as a therapist, I provide a space for you to be the real, authentic you. I work with many different types of people struggling with a wide range of issues. Our body is the vessel that carries us through life. The time spent in the gym, moving your body, is not only a great stress relief, but it also enables you to enjoy the world of play and adventures that exists in nature and the world. Personal Training is an excellent way to enhance the mind-body connection and achieve a desired state of wellness.
Groups and Community Events
We are social creatures. We are hardwired to live in connection with other humans and when we are disconnected, we struggle. That is why there is so much power in a group setting where community, belonging, and authenticity are supported and encouraged. Attending groups and community events can accelerate your growth and facilitate lasting change.
My mission is to help empower people, whether individually or in group settings, to live their very best lives and be their very best self. What gets me out of bed each morning is my incredible passion to help people discover and live their lives with true meaning, purpose and connection to themselves, others and the world around them. I absolutely love my work. I believe in it wholeheartedly. It’s more than just a job, it’s what I know I am meant to do.
