Moving Beyond Anxiety- 4 week skill based group
This group is designed to help you connect, in an intimate, safe environment with others struggling with anxious thoughts and feelings that are getting in the way of life. You will gain a clear understanding around the ways your relate to your anxiety and any limiting thoughts or behaviors that perpetuate it. As part of this process, you will learn effective strategies to overcoming anxious thoughts and feelings and ways to take action to reach your desired outcomes. This group is based off the evidence-based model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which has been proved to be a highly effective treatment for anxiety. Nourish- 8 week women’s only group
The purpose of this 8-week program is to create a non-judgmental community for women to support each other in developing a stronger, healthier relationship with themselves and their bodies. This group utilizes a blend of experiential activities and process-oriented discussion to help you learn how to look within for answers and recognize your true needs and wants.
